Cheryl Galloway joined the Bristol County Savings Bank team to lend her expertise for developing and nurturing relationships with community organizations and local housing groups to assist in meeting the necessary residential needs of low- to moderate-income earners within the communities the Bank serves. Active in the community, she is a member of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Providence and Worship Arts Restoration in Cranston, Rhode Island; a member of the Loan Committee for West Elmwood Housing Development Corporation in Providence; a member of the Fundraising Committee for Butler Hospital in Providence; and a member of the Bread of Life International Worship Center in East Providence. Galloway was a recipient of BankNewport’s 2023 Volunteer Award. Galloway holds a bachelor’s degree in Individualized Studies/Urban and Community Development from Charter Oak State College in New Britain, Connecticut and is bilingual in Spanish and English.  She resides in Providence.
