Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC)

Leverage the equity you’ve earned on your Southeastern Massachusetts or Rhode Island home to make renovations or fund a well-earned vacation. With a variable-rate Home Equity Line of Credit from Bristol County Savings Bank, you can withdraw funds on an as-needed basis, acting as a financial safety net for unexpected expenses. Access up to 80% of the equity in your home and use the money for renovations or repairs, to pay off high-rate credit cards, or for some other worthwhile purpose. *Special Home Equity Line of Credit Details: This product has a variable interest rate. The introductory rate of 6.75% APR is fixed for the initial 12-month period. After the initial 12 months, the interest rate will vary based on the domestic Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal on the last day of the previous month.  As of November 19, 2024, the prime rate was 7.75%. After the first 12 months, the APR will adjust monthly to the prevailing Prime Rate at that time, but the rate will never be less than an APR of 3.00% and will never exceed an APR of 18.00%. 
 
Automatic payment withdrawal from a Bristol County Savings Bank personal checking account required to be eligible. Minimum draw of $10,000.00 at account opening.
